Dr. Elaine Loh did her undergraduate medical studies at St George’s University in London. She graduated with the coveted Merit Certificate in recognition of outstanding achievement at the MBBS degree examinations in Clinical Practice. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM, Singapore).

She subsequently joined the National University in Singapore and practiced in a diverse range of departments including General Medicine, General Surgery and Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

After completing her stint at NUH, Dr. Loh was accepted into the Family Medicine residency program and underwent post graduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Psychiatry as well as Infectious Diseases at the Communicable Disease Centre at Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore.

Dr Loh is constantly updating her medical knowledge and skills and has attended both national and international conferences. Her continued training and learning has earned her multiple post graduate certificates including Certificates in Obstetric Emergencies, Paediatric Advanced Life Support and a Certificate of Core Resuscitative Skills Training. She has also completed the STI management course conducted by DSC Clinic.

Dr. Loh has a special interest in Dermatology and Aesthetics. She holds a Certificate in Clinical Dermatology awarded by the National Skin Center. She is also The National Skin Center's Medical Alumni Member. Dr. Loh has also completed Certificate of Competency course for Laser, Botox and Dermal Fillers treatment.

Notwithstanding her comprehensive training and proficient medical skills, Dr. Loh still retains her friendly and approachable manner which is cherished by both her adult and paediatric patients alike.

Dr Rachel Ng graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2009, with a double degree in Medicine and Medical Science. She returned to Singapore to train as an internist in the Internal Medicine Residency programme, and has accrued many years of clinical experience in tertiary hospitals across the country. Her training has exposed her to a broad range of subspecialties, including Cardiology, Intensive Care Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Endocrinology and Rheumatology. In her 4th year of training, she obtained her post graduate qualifications and was registered as a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh).

As a female doctor, Dr Ng is particularly passionate about promoting women's health in Singapore. Her special interests include, but are not limited to the areas of Cardiology and Preventative Medicine. She strives to raise awareness for women's health through public education, and practices preventative medicine through the use of judicious health screening and risk factor modification. A strong proponent of continuing medical education, she keeps herself regularly updated on the latest advances in medicine, and continues to attend workshops and courses to further enhance her clinical skills.

Dr Tan graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2001. His residency was in the two largest public hospitals in Singapore; Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Singapore General Hospital.He was part of the SARS taskforce in SGH and tended to ill patients with suspected SARS during the outbreak. He also worked and trained at the Singapore National Eye Center, National Heart Center and National Skin Center. After leaving the government service, he joined Thomson Medical Center to focus on Pediatric care, followed by a GP Group before setting up Robertson Medical Practice in 2005.Dr Tan keeps abreast of developments in the medical world and participates at international Medical Conferences. His professional medical opinion is frequently sought after and he has contributed extensively to the local press. Dr. Tan is also active in community outreach; speaking on a variety of health topics to the general public as well as corporations.

Achievements: Certificate in Men's Health, Certificate in Clinical Dermatology, Advance Botox Certificate, Dermal Fillers Certificate of Competency and Certificate in Surgical Hair Transplant.

Dr Jonathan Ti graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2011, before moving to Singapore to further his medical training. He also holds a postgraduate qualification for Membership to the Royal College of Physicians (UK).

Dr Ti has completed several years of training with the Internal Medicine Residency Program in tertiary and community hospitals across the country, and has been exposed to a wide range of subspecialty postings, including Endocrinology, Renal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Gastroenterology, Cardiology and Emergency Medicine among many others.

His special interests include endocrine and metabolic disease management, specifically diabetes and weight loss management, as well as men’s health and sexual health. He has presented clinical research at several international conferences and now hopes to contribute to strengthening primary care in Singapore.

Dr. Deepa Omprakash was awarded the Nomination Scholarship in Malaysia and subsequently attained her MBBS from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, the top medical school and tertiary hospital in India. Her undergraduate years had exposed her to a wide conundrum of patients ranging from the most common to the rarest of presentations in all age groups. Part of her training also included postings in the primary health care centres in rural areas and conducting health awareness talks and campaigns.


After completing internship in AIIMS, she subsequently moved to Singapore as a Medical Officer and rotated through all the internal medicine subspecialties such as Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Critical Care, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, Geriatric Medicine and Neurology. After 3 years of rotation, she became registered as a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK).

Her special interest includes but not limited to both ends of age spectrum, the geriatrics and the paediatrics. Her stint as a Geriatric Medicine Senior Resident gave her exposure to this particular group, which forms a large portion of Singapore’s population. And being a mother of 2, paediatric care is close to her heart. That being said, Dr Deepa is very passionate about holistic patient management and holds the motto “prevention is better than cure” strongly.

Her warm and empathetic nature makes her a very easy person for patients to interact with.

Dr Jessherin Sidhu attained her MBBS in 2008 from the University of Queensland Australia. She has since bagged a broad ranging clinical experience, having also practiced Medicine in Brisbane Australia for 3 years prior to her return to Singapore. Her vibrant personality has seen her giving several Community based medical talks during her work in Australia.

In Singapore she worked as an Internist training under the local Residency programme in Internal Medicine covering a myriad of specialties which include, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Neurology, Endocrine, Critical Care Medicine, Rehabilatative Medicine and Respiratory Medicine. She was also given a 3 month opportunity as Resident Physician in the Coronary Care Unit in Greenslopes Hospital Brisbane Australia.

She has special interest in Chronic Disease Management with particular interest in management of acute and chronic gout.

Being a Mother of 2 children herself, she is attuned to the problems concerning Women and takes particular interest in Womens Health issues that stem from Contraception and Birth Control, STDs, Cancer Screening and Osteoporosis. For 6 months she worked closely with the Endocrine Dept in Greenslopes Private Hospital Australia, specifically managing post menopausal women with Osteoporosis and developing a population specific Osteoporosis screening Tool.

Her other areas of interest include Aesthetic Medicine and Occupational medicine with plans to complete her Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine to be a Designated Workplace Doctor with the Ministry of Manpower.
