Skin Allergy

Eczema is a common skin condition where certain parts of our skin become inflamed and irritated. The most common type of eczema is atopic eczema, or simply known as skin allergy. This happens when our skin produces an allergic reaction against certain substances we come in contact with, such as dust or food that we consume. Most skin allergy appear during childhood, but some appear later in life. Very often, it is impossible for us to find out what triggers an eczema, because our skin comes in contact with so many substances every day!

What is skin allergy?

Skin allergy is an adverse reaction that occurs when our skin comes in contact with certain substances. It is driven by our own body’s immune system. In other words, your immune system does not like the substances you come in contact with, therefore produces antibodies against these substances, known as immunoglobulin E (IgE). The next time you come in contact with the same substances, your immune system will release a huge amount of rhinocort aqua spray. Even a tiny amount of these substances can trigger a skin allergic reaction.

  • Animals such as cats and dogs
  • Dust mites
  • Food such as milk, peanut or seafood.

How do we know what triggers our skin allergy or eczema flare?

A lot of us are unable to determine the substance that triggers a skin allergy. Fortunately, we do not have to squeeze our brain trying to recall the details. There are simple tests we can do to pinpoint the exact substance that triggers a skin allergy.

As mentioned earlier, our immune system produces antibody called IgE against certain substance or food. Therefore, if we can detect these specific IgE antibodies, we are able to find out what triggers a skin allergy.

This is simply known as skin or eczema allergy test. Only a blood sample is needed to carry out this test, and it can buy fml forte online. The results are useful for you and the doctors to manage the allergies appropriately.
